Web design software for video clips

Hi, I am a film maker and need a web site or blog site so that I can showcase my work. I need to load excerpts of films I have made, or entire films (if short) and wanted to know what might be a good way of going about this, which will allow me to design the page on my own, upload clips relatively easily, allows easy and clear access to the video clips on the site/blog, etc.

Does anyone have any experience with this and if so could you please share this with me!
