wanna shoot with a Genius g-shot dv610

Hi,

I am looking for any suggestions whether it is advisable to shoot with one of the Genius digital video cameras especially the g-shot dv610. There is one sitting in my living room that a friend left behind and I want to know whether I could get something of value out of it, filmwise.
