video pod casts? Anyone know stuff about it?

was wondering if making/releasing them is a complicated matter? or just encoding in quicktime at the right dimensions? anyone doing this yet? I think iPods will help create demand for mobile media which can only help people like us!

yeah, i think everyone would love some info...I'm personally interested in video pod casts...for the making of my film, we're producing some mini documentary episodes. I thought it'd help if the format of the video was good for the ipod too to maximize exposure.

i've subscribed to podcasts before, but know nothing about how to syndicate your own to the "world"...Wondering about how the process is done and specifically how to do podcasts with video for the purposes of releasing video blog episodes for the making of my film...Also wondering how/if you can someone register or submit said video podcasts to iTunes so that people can actually find it... thanks. hope this helps!
