Now Eddy Chang is blocking his facebook with us. And recently he deleted our comment on his post, and block it.
THAT'S MEAN YOU (EDDY CHANG & USEDCINEGEAR) ARE DOING SOMETHING REALLY BAD TO YOUR CUSTOMER AND YOU WANT TO HIDE IT , AND CONTINUOUSLY CHEATING OTHER CUSTOMER Be careful dealing with this person and this company.
He promised (over and over again) to deliver the camera to me in Feb but the camera only come in March and it absolutely late for my project (I clearly told him many times I only purchase the camera if the can deliver on time) Not only over promise he also lie about the taxation I have to pay, he said that there is no tax involve but I have to pay a large amount of tax to get the camera out.
During that time, I tried to contact him many times but he did not reply to my message or my phone call and got excuse but never admit that he got a mistake or do smt wrong. I finally got the camera but 2 cards were not usable and he also silent when I approach.
May be he is busy selling his stuff to other customer and promising something he cant do.
Please help to share the story because I know he still dealing with a lot of people in the industry
