Unnatural motion blur when recording puppets

Hi,
I am new to puppets, so I don't even qualify as an amateur as you will see by the movement of my puppet. However, I have recorded for a couple of years and have had no problem to shoot with a green screen when it comes to real people. But I have been experimenting with puppets and the motion blur I get is horrible. I am trying to shoowt manual, with a frame rate of 24 and shutter speed of 50. Here is the video.

I would appreciate it a lot if you could help me see where I am going wrong as I am at complete loss. Thanks! Julio

I don't know but the puppet is moving very fast. That is what you want right? I am not a camera operator or DIT but I bet there are settings that will record with less blur but even the human eye see a blur in natural situations where things are moving fast, right?
