Pls, i'm about to start a TV talk show with a major Network in my country. with all my experience in editing i still can not achieve the transition effect that looks like a light flashing like in the oprah show.. i also want to know how to achieve the blurred kind of transition effect. any sugestion on the software to use. i use adobe premiere pro.
