Title for my screenplay

I am writing a screenplay, and I cannot figure out an interesting title, can anyone help? The movie is about a theater student in highschool whom at a party accidentaly gets a girl pregnant. And he chooses to stay with the girl and raise the child. At the same time he still wants to accomplish his dreams of becoming a movie actor.

early stage ?

sorry, English ist not my language. Is there any double meaning in these titles? - I'm not sure.

Wasn't this already done on an episode of "True Hollywood Story" (E!)?

This is tough subject matter to sell - I'd be very interested in reading the final draft just to see where you go with this concept.
