Hi all,
I've been an underwater video cameraman for the past 15 years. In that time I have beecome self taught and proficcient enough in my trade to have been commissioned as a freelancer for projects for many International production and broadcast concerns.
My predicament is that next year I will be planning to move to a higher standard recording format which will see me using 35mm lenses etc. I am thus far self taught on smaller DV and HDV cameras but am obviously now looking at upping the ante with the planned move.
Whilst I do understand the basics of lens theory I was wondering if there is anyone out there willing to enter into a correspondence via email so that I could gain a better insight into lens applications, theory and everything else to take into considerations for lens usage etc.
Best regards,
Mark Thorpe.
