Sony FX1 of Sony Z1?

I'm apart of a production company that mostly does action-sports stuff, but is looking to move more into documentaries. In the past, we have mostly used the Sony FX1, but it is starting to drop frames and we are looking to upgrade. The obvious choice is the Z1, but looking at all the specs, I'm having a hard time figuring out why it is worth the extra money? So, I'm thinking about just getting another FX1....
Any thoughts? Thanks.

Depends on what you're doing. The Z1 gives you XLR inputs, some extra image control options, more timecode options, the ability to shoot PAL and NTSC, etc.
