Software for giving the look of an old silent film?

I'm planning a film which will use a lot of footage from public-domain movies, mostly from the 1920s or earlier.

Thus I need to be able to make the new footage match.

Is there particular software which is good for doing this?

You might want to check out Aged Film from Digieffects...I think you can grab a demo for free and it costs less than 50 bucks...
