simulating news in film

in a film i want to simulate the news beeing on tv, does any one know a good way of doing this, or where i could get some templates to do it with?

What you could do for this would be a plain colored background with a man at a desk talking and film that put it on a disc and put it in the player of the tv and hit play.

Easy way: shoot your newscast however you want it. In the scene, place a piece of Chroma green on the screen, and super the scene on in post production. That's how the pros do it.
