shot showing inside someone's pocket

hi everyone
I want to shoot a little cutaway of the inside of a pants pocket: to show its contents; spare change, keys, etc.

Has anyone done this before? Got any tips?

I did the same thing once. The character had a key in his pocket. What I did was take a shot of his pocket, and a shot of the key with some lint and a couple dollars arranged in such a way that they might be in a pocket, and superimposed it over the pocket, at something like 75 percent opacity. It worked pretty well. The key and such were arranged on a black cloth, so you couldn't see the edges, and this worked effectively as the back of the pocket. Alternately, you could use denim, felt, and so on.
