After you have 24 units and you have the 2500 to pay for the WGA are you automatically enrolled in the WGA or is it like an application where only certain people make it in?

Can someone not in the wga sell scripts to wga signatory companies? Do you have to be a member to be able to sell scripts to wga signatory companies
