Producing a TV pilot

I am currently in pre-production of a TV pilot for a local show. I have never produced before, but I have worked on countless TV shows and indie projects.

The show is simply about local entertainment, and I do not want to go into details about it.

I currently have a crew, studio, station, treatment, etc. done but I plan on writing the pilot script soon.

Is there anything I am missing? Also how should I raise funds for the pilot?
