pretty lighting

I am shooting a short scene in an office focusing on two girls. I want them to look gorgeous. What sort of lighting setup should I use?

Use soft and non directional lighting so you get no texture on the face (smooth skin). Also get a light to give the hair additional volume. That would be my advice.
