When i try to use Adobe Media encoder to export my movie. there are black bars surrounding my video, so i searched a guide to fix it, and found that i go to the source tab and crop
But the problem is, whenever i crop, and resize the box around my video. nothing happens on the output or source.
I was exporting it out as a Windows media player file. if that matters :3 thanks for any help

Also when i try to edit the height/width on the export, it does nothing either >.<
