premiere 6.5 (on NT) and Prem. Pro 1.5 on XP compatibile?

so I have all my DV footage on an external drive. can i edit the same premiere project on my laptop (NT + Prem 6.5) and my desktop (XP + Prem. Pro 1.5)? anyone know. Maybe I'll just try...mc

You can upgrade, but not go back. The Premiere 6.5 project will load in PPro 1.5, but the resulting PPro project will not load into Premiere 6.5.

"Expert" is probably a stretch...but I've got some time and production with AE under my belt, yes.
