Plot Synopsis: Phantom Rain is a neo-noir. Otis Cleg, a 20-something nomad loner who moves into the house of former resident Walter Blackwood, a notorious transgender serial killer. As Walter discovers and reads his journal entries he begins to hallucinate Walters conscious and his begin to collide

Thanks Maura. I will admit, I am actually not as happy with this film as my last, but it was a huge risk because it was 10x more ambitious than my last. We tried.
