Just got a new Canon XL2 and love it.
I am looking at adding a new HD video cam to the stable and dont want to break the bank.
Anyone had any experience with one of these little creatures??
I used the XL2 yesterday for a run and gun gig chasing some Geocachers around for a while.
I set the XL2 on (Monkey mode ) green box and just let the cam worry about the tech stuff while I kept from tripping over stuff on the run.
The HMC70 from what I read is basically a run and gun full auto rig that will give great pix and do it on a SDHC card.
What a deal, no tape drive to mess up and np tapes to worry about.
