no location release

i shot a short and didn't get a location release! now that i'm done, i absolutely need to get it. what should i do? should i tell the property owner i already shot on their premises and now i need them to sign off on it?

interesting situation! i suppose you have two choices, yea tell the property owner that you already shot, or ask the owner for permission and then say a few weeks later that you diddnt need the scene after all but thanks very much for his time! just make sure he dosent see your final film!
