Alright guys, me and a friend want to take a roadtrip and basically make a documentary but also put a humorous twist at the end, thus making it a mocumentary. We want to interview people that we meet in our travels but the problem is this: legal issues with filming people. Does anyone know the steps to take to interview someone? Do they have to sign a waiver giving us their permission to use their testimony or is there more to it than that? Any feedback would be helpful, thanks.
