I've been looking for this sound effect for ages and I believe it's in the "Hollywood Edge Premiere Edition" sound library.

I don't have the same one (and it is probably copyrighted if it comes from a game, as the comments below that video say). But I have just screamed into my microphone like that. If my scream will do, you can find it here. You can download the original .wav file or an .mp3 version and you have my permission to use it in your videos (as does anyone). If you do use it, a credit to Red Prince would be nice.

It's called The Wilhelm Scream. It was first done in a very old western movie by a guy who's last name was Wilhelm. He did a very perfect scream, which has been duplicated by actors and actresses for decades since. Many scripts will actually specify the actor/actress not just "scream" but do a "Wilhelm Scream". There are audio clips of this classic all over the place. SoundTrack Pro has a ton of them in it's library. And super easy to simply record yourself. Here's the skinny:
