Looking for a Producing Program

Hey all. Just wondering if anyone knows any good software to help with producing? I've seen a few ones out there but really don't know much about them. Does anyone use any kind of software / organization tools to help them stay on top of things while producing?

Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
