The problem with your question, besides lacking some basic info like whether it is a day or night scene, whether there are big windows, what format you are shooting on, what's the action in the scene (two people talking in a booth, at the counter) etc., is that one can't even start to answer it without knowing one thing:
What do you WANT it to look like?
You have to start FIRST with an artistic concept for the scene based on the needs of the story (and hopefully the location was picked because it had the right look for the scene.)
If you have some sort of visual idea, then the tools needed to make it a reality become easier to find.
