JVC GZ-HD7U for weddings and action

Anyone have any input on this camera. I have less than a $700 budget to spend on a camera and I have used a Panasonic DVX100B to a Broadcast type Sony Video camera. I have to say although I would love to go that route, I do not have the budget for it yet.

I figure a couple of weddings to build up and then I could get into a different camera. Also I would to be able to do HD, hence the JVC unit. The only problem I have with it is llow lighting shooting is not the greatest.

So any help would be great.

yes, renting would be cool, but that to me could get in the way of the creative juices...
