I think it's quite good for a student's work, myself, actually !
Mainly the directing/editing is good and so is cinematography.

Sure, there would be a few things one could criticise :
The steadicam shots "float" sometimes. Especially the shot around the car in the beginnig is a bit weird - but I think it's the director's responsability too - mainly because it doesn't cut with the following shot as well. The shot around the guy taking a cigarette, just before this car one, is too long and to much moving, though correctly operated. A problem with directing much better than operating, I think, and a cuting problem as well.
The nights are good, though there is a focus problem, sometimes.
The whole impression is good, to me.
