Is anybody coming to the SATIS in Paris, France, in november

It's the professional french audiovisula exhibition,with all manufacturers in video and audio, and conferences about HD...

Mind that you have to register online before you go there. You will receive an email that you have to print and come there with the printed pages.
Kim, it's a pity you didn't ask me sooner... I don't have any idea for a location so close to the date.
Hotels nearby should be about 50 $ a night, that's all I can say. I think Google could help you register a hotel room. D'you plan to come ? or is it somebody you know who would plan to come ?
I was more thinking of people living in France and coming around here, as you have teh same kind of thing in US as well...

Well, it was fun to meet all my friends I didn't see for years, since I didn't come to the SATIS for years and not ever since 98 or so for sure...
I saw the new HDV and XDCam as well as hd at sony's and the dvx 100 at panasonic... Thomson is thinking of a flash memory system, they think hard drives or blue-ray dvd are too much fragile about the moves that occure on a camera...
I must confess I don't feel much concerned about new technology "day-to-day" but was a bit impressed... by the increase of semi-professional stuff on the exhibition.
