This is a scene from the short movie called "The White Room"
Short Description: A story of a lost mind sub-conciosly seeking for the truth. His mind is going in and out of reality and he is getting signs everywhere. Once he realizes the message everything comes to a crash and he wakes up in the intermedium (White Room).
This scene is his Inner Demon trying to scare, or frighten him to wake up from his fake world.
