Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to make the small announcement that my short film, "The Duel" has made it onto the IMDB due to it's entry in the MiniDV Film Festival.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0437986...fGNvPW9ufGh0bWw9MXxubT1vbg__;fc=10;ft=14;fm=1

Anyhow... I'm hoping that they accept my additions to the posting, such as cast/crew/etc.
But, it's totally awsome anyhow!

If any of you have watched it... we'd all appreciate it a lot if you'd visit the link and "rate" the film.

Thanks!

Well...
I just finished that Script Supervising job for "The Golden Leaf"... as for distribution with that, things are in the works... and that's all I really know/can say at the moment.

I just got asked back by the producer onto his next project... hopefully this one pays... if not though, it'll be lots of fun again... something with dragons, and dungeons, and other fun fantasy creatures...

I'm still waiting for a rather slow, but rather genious music composer to finish a score for my short film "Themes of Life, Lesson - 01, Death"... the film is done, but I need the score so that I can start sending it out to festivals... and if I can get things right, I might be able to convince the same sound designer that I used on "The Duel" to do a trade or free job for me on "Death" as well... then it's ready to go out... out away from my website at least.

I'll keep everyone posted though on any future releases of anything I work on or do... but for now that's all I've got... though I do have two more films of my own in development... so we'll see where they go.

Happy Christmas everyone!
or Chanukah or Kwanza or whatever you may or may not celebrate!

Don't worry they accept the updates pretty well.

The most difficult I found was to have new films in their database cause they ask for the budget, first public release...

But for cast and crew, no problem. It only takes a few days (about a week to 10 days I think). The thing is they don't let you know when they have updated, so you have to go and look.

yeah... over the past 10 or so day's so far I've noticed them adding more and more of the bits & pieces as they update...
so I'm expecting the lists to be up there at the latest by early to mid January... if not, I'll just submit more via the "Editing" tool.

Here's to moving forward!

Yeah, I can understand IMDB not wanting to have everyone's home movies in there, but the hassle of getting movies added means that of the 25-ish movies I've worked on, some of which have been shown on TV and in festivals, only two have actually made it to the database... and one of which wasn't even finished until about two years after it was added to IMDB.

HAH!... yeah, tell me about it...
I've decided that every week or two I'm going to re-submit my cast/crew information until they finally post it...
I figure that the new project I'm working on, which should be listing on IMDB sometime soon here, will hopefully get my listing bumped up a little when they have to create a page for me & list that as one of my films... then maybe they'll get some credit out there for my cast & crew.

Oh well...
Still gotta say I love the IMDB, and I can't wait to have my own page on there!

Most recently...
if you check out the production company information... my company has finally been given a page.

Similarly...
keep an eye on Dead Gentlemen Productions... and look specifically for a new film called: "The Gamers: Dorkness Rising"... an awsome indy film that I'm working on... the first one is hillarious!
