Hello, I am a newbie, having done some serious reading and note taking on the art of film making/at least screenwriting, I am now interested in entering the field with view of getting some experience in the art. I would be more than happy to, among other things, acquire some experience in script reading and assessing thereby learning the skills practically while earning a bit on the side so if anyone can guide me or knows the right people, I am not too shy at putting my name forward. Apart from also helping someone in screenwriting, I also have a couple of ideas anyway of my own, The Sanctuary, telling the story about a young man who has lost his wife and unborn child in a road rage attack and starts a new life down in Cornwall to help in an animal sanctuary but finds it far from plain sailing when his brother in law is killed by someone who opposes the sanctuary then another set up in Scotland Stone Cold Under: A retired senior police detective in his attempts to clear his former colleague's name from a murder rap when his wife is killed and uncovers a paedophile ring. What does anyone think and could they help me please Thank you and god bless. Must sign off now as it is time for bed etc.
