How to write a cast? (text stuff that comes after movie)

Hi!
I made a short animation movie. And now i need to write the casting text. I mean, who are the actors, whose music i used and so on.

Here i put a plan for it. Can you correct this for me, please?

MUSIC

Here i don`t know, what to write. I used music from different movies. It`s not mine. The movie i made is just student`s project, i`m not going to sell it. So is it ok to write so:

Composer1
"Name of Song1"
"Name of Song2"
"Name of Song3"
(from "Name of movie")

Composer2
"Name of Song1"
"Name of Song2"
"Name of Song3"
(from "Name of movie")


That`s it. Some more things:
I`m the person, who who wrote script for the movie (i mean the text, that narrator reads. is it the right word "script"?), who made the animation and cuted used music to make a new soundtrack. So should i write this in the cast as well?

I'm not sure about all the details, but another thing you might want to consider is to add in who performed the music. I know if you watch a Hollywood movie (maybe watch one you own or rent one, and pause at the credits to see how they do it), it will say something like:

Title of song
Composer
Performer
Record Label
Year it was made

I think it's something like that.
