How To Save a Frame as Still

Does anyone know how to save a frame as a still? When I save as a "snapshot" the jpeg file is tiny. I know the full frame is 640x480 pixels in size, not the 164x120pixels I'm getting as the result from save as snapshot. Thanks!

In the preview window you need to set it to "best" "full" before you click the icon to take the still.
