how to film under a person

I was wondering what is the easiest way to achieve the effect found in the Justin Timberlake "My Love" video where the camera is actually under Justin's feet about halfway through the video. I am guessing that he is dancing on a glass platform but I'm not sure. Any help would be awesome!

I've seen some contraptions where the camera is on a harness attatched to a person's torso. You could buy or make something like that, then attatch the camera in a way that it is facing up.

But if it's a shot looking up form the feet, then what I might try is maybe a type of dolly underneath the legs.
