I'm Zander, a n00b in these parts. I've been in video production for about 5 years. I love it to death. I hope to make a career out of it someday.

I frequent a lot of other video forums but I figure I should hang out in one that supports my age demographic.

I thought I should post my most recent video:

Motion City Soundtrack is having a Lip Sync Contest. My buddies Cam and Derik helped me make a music video for the contest today. We are extremely proud of our work and we wanted to share it with everyone!

This music video was shot in under 2 hours. We used the lighting given to us by location. Luckily the natural lighting worked out perfectly!

This forum is for all ages and not just your demographic group. In fact based on our magazine subscriber list we have over 70% high level professionals that subscribe to the magazine. some of these are Guild members, Directors Guild, ASC, SOC, ACE and award winnners from all ascpects of filmmakering including Producers and the like. We have articles, news and moderators that post high level information and it is for all new filmmakers and filmmakers that want to continue to learn. We are for serious new filmmakers and that is our demographic. Trust me. If you don't trust me just wait about six weeks. We will be audited by the BPA. We have sent them the files this month and will be getting the results back about that time.

just thinking about it again. you know we just got back from a tradeshow. i was looking through it and freakin a little at the high end people that were signing up fo the emag. I can't tell you how many producers but i can tell you that we have top guys from NBC and Disney and the Academy that are on our magazine subscriber list. and at one of the tradeshows a producer walked up to me and asked if we could help him find good talented filmmakers with scripts to invest in. I don't know how real he was abuot it but we sure added him to our list! you never know who might see you on here or read about you in our mag.

We send him a magazine and e-news each month. he knows who you are I am sure! Hey, i was thinking about putting your action clips on the home page. I wonder how we could do that? Maybe have a little short press release and link to the forums for questions and give you a link to your site??
