Are you looking for a good article to learn about cinematography, or are you looking for something to turn in as a homework assignment?
If it's the former, I would say books and google are your friend. Pick a certain aspect of cinematography you want to learn more about and google it. The same with checking a book out of the Library. If you want to learn about the subject, 1500 words won't be enough to teach you (as well as no amount of reading and theory will replace plain and simple practice).
If it's the latter, I would suggest you write it yourself. You would only be doing yourself harm by turning in someone else's work. My suggestion would be to use the above advice about google and the library to learn about the subject. 1500 words is pretty short (2-3 pages double spaced at most), so you could write it pretty easily.
