Ok So I have a script but then I read over it and i didnt have any reasons why things happened or a moral. he is a basic overview of what happens, maybe you can help me with why he kills and the moral of the story.
so I have a guy who is selling a house and a interested buyer is looking for a house and finds this one, he comes to look at it and he is taken to a torture room where the interested buyer is killed. and that happens to a few more people then a final person interested in the house comes and they have other plans in mind. they also have a sick mind and when the seller tries to show the psycho the torture room, the psycho tries to kill the seller and they get in a weapon fight and the owner calls the cops and one cop stays to check the owner and one cop goes inside to get the psycho. the psycho and cop get in a fight and a gun shot goes off and he thinks he got shot be he didnt. the cop finishes off the psycho and goes outside to see that the other cop has been killed and his gun is missing along with the home owner.
I had a couple ideas of why he would kill but i dont know how to incorporate them into the story.
maybe the worries of buying a house and a new couple is looking.
or the seller lost everything as a kid and despises people who can afford nice things and he wants revenge.
Do any of these work and how would i incorporate them? Do you have any ideas?
