Hi, can someone explain to me how did they shot this? When she walks and the camera doesn't move.

A steadycam?

It almost looks like she is holding the camera or their is a harness on her and the camera is facing her, kind of like a GoPro harness. That is my guess.

That video is fantastic by the way, would love to know who shot it or what agency produced it.
