HD!

I have a JVC GR-HD1 and was wondering if I could edit any of my HD footage on Premiere Pro or if I had to resort to only editing on Mac...

I recently downloaded the VLC Media player and it plays my uploaded footage, but I can't get any of my uploaded footage to register in Premiere and I know that I'm missing a plug-in of some sort I was just wondering if there was anything for free that I could download and start workin with HD on my PC...

I'm sure the latest version of Premiere Pro supports HDV, but I haven't tried it myself.

PPro will edit HDV native, but I think that CineForm Aspect is an investment well worth it...
