FCP is a Mac only application. FCP Studio will run on a G5 or greater. I'm sure FCP Studio2 will have to be run on something powerful as well, likely one of the newer Intel-based Macs.

FCS2 has bascially the same requirements as FCS1, it doesn't require that much extra horsepower. Unless you're working with HD, then you really need to beef up a little.
Apple's web site has full tech specs posted for FCS2, they're pretty right on target, too.
