what free screen writing software is there available? what is the best. I guess the best is just using word.

i'm a student, i really like it though. it's free and you just google it and it'll pop up. i think it's at celtx.com, not positive though. they have packages you can get with it that cost money, but i just got the free version and i'm happy with it, give it a try!

I agree, Celtx seems to be a very useful and professional seeming writing tool that is most definitely worth checking out.

CeltX is just absolutely perfect. Not only can you just write the script but you can organize the whole movie by including cast, crew, wardrobe .etc .etc. But also you can think about your characters in more depth and give them a whole back story .etc. and the best part is...
