Well, since the title of this thread is For best PC, I would have to say that an off the shelf PC is not the best for a filmmaker. It is best to build your own PC from quality parts.

I like the www.mysuperpc.com web site in this regard, as it tells you how to do it and what your best options are. Plus, it is not trying to sell you anything, so its advice is really good.

It is much easier to build a PC yourself than you might think.
