Event Agenda
DAY 1, Thursday Decemeber 6th
10:00am – 11:00am: Planning the shoot, aims and objectives, choosing the style and look
11:00am – 11:10am: Break
11:10am – 12:15pm: Deciding on the workflow, shooting for post production or shooting with a baked in look
12:15pm – 1:00pm Lunch will be provided
1:00pm – 2:00pm: Setting up the cameras, picture profiles, gamma and the matrix
2:00pm – 2:10pm: Break
2:10pm – 4:00pm: Blocking shots and setting up lights
4:00pm – 4:10pm: Break
4:10pm - 5:30pm: Shooting the band/musician
After hours Downtown Shoot
7:00pm – 10:00pm Evening shooting and freestyle techniques
Day 2, Friday December 7th
First Session
9:00am – 10:00am: Review and analysis of the shoot, what worked, and what did not. Backup and archive considerations.
10:00am – 10:10am: Break
10:10am – 12:30pm: Putting it all together, importing your footage, Editing etc… then finalizing your product.
Completion of first edits. Looking at delivery methods, encoding for the web, getting your video "out there".
Second Session
2:00pm – 3:00pm: Review and analysis of the shoot, what worked, and what did not. Backup and archive considerations.
3:00pm – 3:10pm: Break
3:10pm – 5:30pm: Putting it all together, importing your footage, Editing etc… then finalizing your product.
Completion of first edits. Looking at delivery methods, encoding for the web, getting your video "out there".
