Documentary Short Film "The Record Parlour" Selected For Hollywood Film Festival

A documentary short film on THE RECORD PARLOUR has been selected for the Hollywood Film Festival taking place September 23--27 at the Arclight in Hollywood.

Located in the heart of Hollywood, THE RECORD PARLOUR is a one-of-a-kind vintage vinyl shop and lifestyle store which is ushering in the Hollywood renaissance. With an authentic vibe of over 30,000 vinyl records, vintage stereo gear and music memorabilia surrounding artists as they perform and delighting fans as they search for vinyl treasure, THE RECORD PARLOUR is where artists and fans connect in a unique place.

Director Ryan Goble was so moved by Record Parlour owner and founder Chris Honetschlaeger's passion for records and operating a vinyl shop that he created 'The Record Parlour' short film (4.55 min.), one out of 60 films chosen from over 2700 entries to the Hollywood Film Festival. 'The Record Parlour' documentary will be shown opening night of the festival on Wednesday, September 23 at the Arclight Hollywood in the primetime spot (8:45pm) just before the feature-length documentary film 'Who Is Billy Bones?' (9:00pm), which focuses on the life of Steven "Billy Bones" Fortuna, the lead singer of the early, legendary Los Angeles punk rock band The Skulls.
