Hey all,
I'm taking on a new frontier in coordinating and directing the production of the DVD of a live concert and I could use some advice. I've directed live production tapings before with live switching and everything, but I've never done the pre-production aka coordination aspect.
I'm sure there's something I don't know about it that I need to know, so I'm just asking any of you who have experience in this area to let me know of any of the nuances you've learned that a novice might miss. Thanks and God bless.
