digital media student one of my first works what do you think

I go to Kansas state university and I have a hard time getting feedback on my work. I know this clip isn't high quality it think (480p) I have also not done any color correction just the editing.

Hey DangerRanger I like how you were able to take 2 different times frames, old and new, color vs. mono and combined them all together in a way that made it all seem contemporary and worth waiting for. I also like that you made reference to what you were trying to do visually using the words of Alfred Hitchcock.

Thanks that was what I was going for. I had to stretch the frames of the riding clips to make it look right. It would have been cool to make it more hd but I was running short on time.

I think you did very well for a first time student works. It doesn't always have to be HD quality as long as it tells a good story that people can understand. Did it do what it was intended to do? Did it get the intended results back? If so you did what you were trying to do.
Keep up the good work and don't worry about perfection, just Excellence!
