You had a good variety of shots and perspectives.
I personally prefer a steadier camera, but I'm no one to talk--hand held is my biggest
problem.
Some lighting, even if just with reflectors, would revolutionize the look of your film. And lighting is not just for exposure, it's for giving the film a "look".
The phone scene went on too long with one sequence--pacing could be more consistent. Also the composition of that scene could be improved with more "look-into-space" on our right side of the picture.
Another important compositional factor is headroom. That could improved in a few places.
I liked the action scenes.
Most importantly, it was not boring, and looks like it's well worth making improvements in. In fact, it would be great to do one or more improvement reshoots.
