CF Card failure

Hi
I've filmed a short film on C300 and in post purple lines are coming across the screen. I've been informed that the CF card is partially corrupted.
I just wanted to know if there was any way of retrieving the footage fully, Potentially editing purple lines out of the footage in post the or would i have to reformate the card and start from scratch.
