So I will be shooting a music video next week with a 4 piece band using my Sony VX2100. I have a studio recorded master audio track (from the band) that I plan to overlay the video in post. I plan on having the master track play on a PA system and have the vocalist sync up to the track this way it matches in edit. Now I've done some research and found out that CD tracks are recorded at 41000khz or something like that, and if I shoot the audio wont match up because it is different on a video camera.
My question is, is this true? Is there a way I can set the audio to record at 41000khz on my camera? And are there any other problems I can run into?
thanks! any help is appreciated.
