different forms can inspire projects in many ways

It's interesting how different forms can inspire projects in many ways. Giving birth or rebirth to stories and how they're told, and to new ways in which projects can be brought to completion, and finally seen by the world.

Reverse things up for inspiration.

Reading reminder:

Read David Kaminski's article called, "Want to Write a Screenplay or Make a Movie? Read Comics!" It includes an interview with Dennis O’Neil [Marvel Comics and DC Comics]. (It's in the December 2008 Edition of StudentFilmmakers Magazine.)

Comics as Inspiration

Comics as Inspiration

Hey, good comment, Michelle.

I agree that the world of comics is incredibly dynamic, creative, and pushing the envelope in ways that is incredibly inspiring to screenwriters.

Comics/graphic novels allow writers to test out some things without the risk of a multi-million budget!
