A crew, I lack

Well guys, I'm currently writing a new screenplay, and I hope to be finished by the end of this year, and I don't think I'll have any trouble getting actors for the film, but I'm gonna run into some problems when the time comes for production because I don't have the basic crew that I need ( a DP and boom, gaffer etc.). So would anyone know exactly where I could find a few people that would work with me as a crew, and um this is extremely low budget, so, some one affordable too please. lol.

I live in Nashville, TN, definately not um an extremely hot film and movie town, although we do have a film festival here every year.
